Read the community guidelinesThere is a microwave and a refrigerator available for employees to use, and the company provides travel allowances that increase or decrease according to length of service.
A small company with around 15 employees, mainly taking on website, advertising, graphic design, and similar projects. It is divided into two departments: Administration and Design.
The internal employees are extremely disrespectful toward others; speaking sarcastically and humiliating people is an everyday occurrence. The supervisors frequently change their orders and are even more fond of forming cliques.
Job titles are also very strange. The so-called “senior” engineers cannot even do RWD, let alone backend development—they got their positions through sheer bluffing. The website managers are actually sales staff, but they spend all day making sales calls in the office and rarely go out to visit clients; during work hours, they also just stare at other people’s screens and gossip. Even applying for a travel allowance requires gauging the accountant’s mood. She deliberately refuses to clearly explain all the required documents at once simply because she does not want you to apply for the allowance. In order to preserve her own position, the assistant manager lies to those above her, causing strained relationships between the boss and employees.
Some internal employees have sticky fingers and will steal items from your desk or drawers, then loudly whisper and mock you for not noticing. The company must be cleaned both before and after work every day. The boss’s wife selected a particularly foul-mouthed senior employee; she does not need to clean and only has to supervise whether the other employees are cleaning seriously. The company likes to organize numerous team-building activities, with employees drawing lots to plan the content, but the internal atmosphere is poor, so every event ends up awkward and unpleasant. Certain employees are especially skilled at flattering the boss and his wife to win their favor; they privately lead the bullying of other coworkers, then pretend to be pitiful in front of the boss, claiming that they care deeply about the company and are being unfairly persecuted.
Some employees may leave, fail to make it in the outside world, and then return to work here; after all, this place is suitable for coasting toward retirement. There are also several people without professional backgrounds who obtained jobs through connections, so it goes without saying that work assignments here are unevenly distributed.
