Many interviewers explain things according to the position. If they weren't honest and transparent with you...would they expect me to jump into a pit of fire?

No cons
There was nothing enjoyable.
They arranged an interview time but made the applicant wait for an extremely long time. After offering the position, they then told you that you would need to travel for work, blablabla. Where were the overtime and business travel requirements in the original interview conditions? First they send you an offer, then they turn around and reject you.
The interviewer was quite unprofessional. During the interview, they even called a labor-related agency to ask about the relevant laws, while also dealing with an employee who had skipped work.
Overall, it felt like they were looking for someone to fill a terrible position. Applicants should think twice....
