Cons
The business department has too many miscellaneous tasks, and its working hours are far longer than those of other departments. You often have to voluntarily work overtime until seven or eight in the evening, and on Saturdays you may also need to work overtime on your own initiative to finish everything. Newcomers and veterans are treated the same, and there are no bonuses. Those who want more personal time and room for development may not be able to stay long.
