Pros
The fewer households there are in the community, the simpler it is. If it is a luxury-residence community with high-caliber residents, there may also be red envelopes or gifts during the Lunar New Year or other holidays.
Cons
Regardless of length of service, there is no annual leave. Working on national holidays does not come with additional overtime pay or compensatory time off. During the interview, they said there was annual leave, but later contradicted themselves, using various reasons and pretexts to convince you.
