Read the community guidelinesDuring the interview, the company representative was kind and even poured me a glass of water. I really appreciated it.
1. Location: Parking is inconvenient.
2. Environment: The building is old and looks a lot like a residence. The office was quite messy, and the potted plants on the indoor shoe cabinet were knocked over and askew.
There were only two restrooms in the shared restroom area, and the lock on one of the doors was broken and had not been repaired.
3. Regarding the interview: The interviewer was the owner of the company. They did not explain much about the job responsibilities and said things such as, “You didn’t major in information management,” and “If this job were that simple, I would just hire a part-time worker,” among other comments that made me feel uncomfortable. I also never verbally expressed my opinion about the job during the interview, yet I was asked to leave very soon afterward! I had clearly stated my background and experience when submitting my résumé. If I was not considered suitable from the beginning, why invite me to an interview only to talk for 10 minutes? The job seeker had to spend time doing advance preparation and commute a long way to get there. This is my personal experience, provided for everyone’s reference.
