Read the community guidelinesSome employees are NICE sometimes—emphasis on “some” and “sometimes.” Overtime is not required outside the warehouse, and computers can connect to external networks.
The work environment is fairly Free, and you can order delivery at any time.
Basically, this company’s very existence is a joke.
The office managers (a married couple) treat everything like child’s play. They are extremely narcissistic, and even the person in charge of the finances cannot keep the accounts straight (they cannot even produce a balance sheet or income statement). They can place incorrect orders for old products and pay the wrong amounts, but they will absolutely never admit they are wrong. The wife also handles HR and loves to sow discord.
Basically, they treat all the women in the office (under 35) as potential mistresses. They also apparently never consider how repulsive their husband’s hygiene habits are. People aged 35 or older, or those who do not mind someone putting an arm around your shoulder at any moment, frequently calling you into the manager’s office to stir up office relationships, or lecturing you, may consider working here.
You also have to take turns cleaning the toilets and opening the company’s doors. The toilets often contain nuclear-bomb-level disasters, so enter at your own risk. The office is made of sheet metal, making it cold in winter, while the air-conditioning capacity is insufficient in summer. Those with obsessive cleanliness concerns or fragile health should be careful.
Even though the office situation is basically fine, they insist on sowing distrust among colleagues, treating the work environment like a local soap opera. It is very, very frightening.
The other boss, when he goes crazy, completely refuses to listen to reason. Other than that, he is fairly OK; the boss’s wife acts as his leash.
However, the couple in charge of HR are a complete disaster—a disaster on the level of a tsar.
