Read the community guidelinesThe environment is fairly simple, everyone is nice, and the work isn't too difficult (once you get used to it).
1. If you upset the boss, he will use rather underhanded methods to make things difficult for you (quitting is the least of it; it's the process in between... well)
2. If he tells you to leave, he means telling you to get out immediately that same day and not come back the next day (he will also ask you to sign a resignation form)
3. The boss's emotions fluctuate dramatically, and he wears his feelings on his face
4. He speaks very sarcastically (and is even somewhat disrespectful)
5. If there are aspects of the company that do not comply with labor laws, he will tell you: “That's how things were at my previous company.”
