Pros

Learn how to flatter people

Cons

Working hours always exceed the scheduled time by 2–3 hours (with no overtime pay)

Some people say they have never worked overtime, which should mean they work in the back office. Otherwise, are the people restocking merchandise at the store at 8–10 p.m. volunteers?

Leaving work late isn’t because your work efficiency is poor; if you leave on time, you’ll be told to leave within a month.

You must be in a state of health where you never get sick or have accidents. Even if your leg is broken, you cannot take leave; otherwise, you’ll still be told to leave.

Anything the boss says can be taken back at any time

Pros

The colleagues are very nice

Cons

Internet marketing planning position:

1. Overtime is not allowed, so there is no overtime pay.

2. They pressure you about your performance but offer no performance bonuses (including for sales staff).

3. The scope of the job keeps expanding indefinitely.

4. It is a family business.

5. The boss takes employees for granted, does not keep their word, and scolds people without getting the facts straight.

6. The salespeople talk a big game and paint an overly rosy picture. They will not commit to anything, but expect us to commit to everything.

7. They created a website themselves, but it is terrible. There is no budget; they cut costs here and there, complain about everything, but do not actually want to change anything.

8. Some people have worked for an entire year without their salary ever changing.

Conclusion: There are far too many drawbacks. Don't come here.
