Shilin has extremely convenient transportation.
Cons
The company has contracts with hospitals, but maintenance work is often scheduled after 18:00 or all day on weekends, with no overtime pay whatsoever. In addition, maintenance inspections are not supervised by experienced personnel; new employees are sent out to perform repairs before they have even learned the job. The boss provides absolutely no technical guidance, and the company's tools are extremely outdated. Please think carefully before applying.
