During the interview, they said they had everything they should have.........
Cons
But after working there for a while, I found out that overtime pay couldn't be claimed unless the supervisor approved it. However, the supervisor would always say that there was nothing going on and that it was time to get off work......so hardly anyone claimed overtime pay. That's the culture at this company.
