Cons

1. Applying for an overseas sales position: Shortly after starting work, I discovered that the entire overseas sales team consisted of women, which gave me an ominous feeling. Sure enough, starting on the third day, the person who handed over the first set of duties to me resigned on the fourth day. By the fourth day, I had also taken over a second set of duties, and she immediately resigned on the fifth day. On the sixth day, I took over a third set of duties from a pregnant employee, who went home to rest on the seventh day.

2. The handovers from the second and third employees who were about to resign must have been assigned with your permission, as the female owner and boss. Why, when I told you that I had just joined the company and was still unfamiliar with everything, and that I could not complete the work of three people when it was suddenly assigned to me, could you, as the owner, simply ignore me?

3. At the Taipei office: I worked overtime until 11 p.m. every day and still could not complete the work. On the ninth day, because a customer was visiting a factory in China and I had to accompany them on a business trip, I was already unable to keep up with my own work, so naturally I could not complete the second and third sets of duties either.

4. Because I was unable to complete three sets of duties simultaneously, I was publicly and ruthlessly berated by the female owner and boss in China, and then dismissed.

5. What do you think: Was I simply unlucky? Or were they heartless?
