A responsibility-based system; you still have to take turns working on Saturdays. They’ll tell you it’s a very law-abiding company, but they won’t tell you that the 6% labor pension contribution will be deducted from your salary.
The reason is, “That’s your future retirement fund.” What does that have to do with me? Why should I pay it? The government’s regulations are rigid, but their rules are flexible.
Then they think you’re not very capable, so you should obediently keep earning 22,000~~
