A company in northern Taiwan hires employees at central and southern Taiwan salary levels. On top of that, just from listening to senior employees’ complaints, it’s clear that turnover is extremely high. Salaries never get adjusted, the workplace atmosphere is poor, and employees are exploited at every turn. The business scope is broad, and employees have to use their own cars for business trips, while fuel allowances are not reimbursed based on actual expenses. Even when labor laws were violated, it was the employee’s own relative who reported it to the labor authorities. With so many absurd reasons, there’s really nothing to consider—leaving immediately is the wise choice.
