1. The interview process felt unpleasant!
The interviewing supervisor gave me the feeling that “you are the one asking for this job, rather than my company being short-staffed.”
2. The starting salary is extremely low!
I applied for a warehouse management position, and I have relevant experience, but the starting salary was only NT$25,000.
This NT$25,000 included the basic salary and other allowances, but did not include labor and health insurance.
Compared with the companies I had worked for in the past, this starting salary was even lower than that offered to inexperienced new warehouse staff.
