This company lacks integrity. During the hiring process, they said one salary would be paid, but when it was actually paid, they underreported it and paid less than promised. They gave excuses, saying they had forgotten and overlooked it, and apologized to me. What a load of nonsense. When it came time to terminate the insurance, they acted quickly, but none of the conditions they promised were met. They said they wanted to build a good relationship with me—does that mean I can get paid without working? I didn’t even quibble over the phone bill, yet you quibble with me over my work. Not quibbling doesn’t mean I’m obligated to accept it. I simply valued this job. Every day after work, the boss would still rummage through the delivery truck and inspect the dashcam recordings. If you don’t trust your employees, why hire them? You could do the work yourself. You suspected that I parked by the roadside to slack off. Isn’t it okay for an employee to use Google to find an address? When nature calls, am I not allowed to stop by the roadside? Is there a toilet in the truck?
