The department supervisor has serious emotional control issues
If you really can’t control your emotions, then don’t come out to work. How can someone like this be a supervisor? Is the company really that short of people?
On a new employee’s very first day, they engage in verbal bullying from time to time. Otherwise, they roll their eyes while teaching, use emotional blackmail, and seem to pick fights and provoke people every time they open their mouth.
The supervisor clearly doesn’t want to train new employees. I really don’t understand why they bother recruiting. They hire new people but don’t properly train them—it's unbelievably ridiculous. I really wouldn’t want to learn from a supervisor like this. There’s absolutely no reason to waste time at this company; it’s utterly terrible.
