1. Regardless of whether the company makes a lot or a little profit, the year-end bonus is only one month’s salary (many well-known chain restaurants and convenience stores are clients, so the company definitely makes money).
2. Salaries are only paid late, never early; when Chinese New Year arrives, salaries are not paid until after the holiday.
3. The salary is relatively low.
