HR found my résumé, and I had also done my homework before the interview
about some questions regarding Shin Kong Group companies.
Their interviewer's face completely fell.
They glossed over the three annual bonuses and year-end bonus; they probably weren't worth mentioning.
The impression I got was:
They want to spend as little money as possible to hire someone,
adopting the construction-site attitude that having someone is good enough.
Two days off per week
NT$2,000 per shift
Year-end bonus: 0.5 months—up to 2.5 months at best
At first, you’ll get a bit of a lecture from the senior staff, and later they’ll lowball you based on your years of service.
If you don’t mind overtime pay being settled once a year and paid all together at the end of the year, you can apply.
