It would be one thing if there were no overtime pay, but even when you come in to work during the Lunar New Year, the pay is less than double. You only get a single red envelope worth $1,200. On top of that, if the company takes a dislike to you, it will find indirect ways to cut your pay and make you do work completely unrelated to the position you originally applied for. This position is also subject to an annual tender, and if the company does not win the bid, you are out of a job. The key point is that when you ask the company about it, they do not even dare to tell you and just hem and haw. I sincerely advise you not to waste your time coming for an interview. It is bad enough that this is a family business; it also has no systems in place, while a bunch of immature kids sheltered under their parents’ protection are running the work.
