They were very short-staffed, so I was hired quickly. Only after starting work did I understand why they were so short-staffed. Since I had a good relationship with the factory technicians, they privately told me some gossip. Within the three months before I joined, five people had already left, which is quite understandable. After all, it is a family business. The children would constantly scream and make a scene in the office, and would also hit people. On your first day, the boss expects you to know how to do everything. When insulting people, the boss would use extremely humiliating and offensive language, such as saying that you have a broken brain or are an idiot. In a family business, everyone is effectively your boss. When something needs to be done, there can be different ways of doing it. The salary for this job is not high, so you might as well not come here. If you still want to give it a try, prepare yourself mentally—and preferably have a mechanical background.
