Benefits.... salary.... hahaha, it’s really hard to say—terrible. There are a bunch of parachuted-in managers who don’t know how to do their jobs; all they do is shift the blame onto one another. The ones who always suffer are the frontline employees. The family-owned company entrusted the management to an outside owner who knows nothing about running hotels and is completely unprofessional. All the capable employees have long since left.
Seemingly very large scale?
Managers are very important; many new managers are parachuted in, and the turnover rate seems rather high..
