The pay is really terrible. Even with four years of experience, they were only willing to offer 25,000; after deducting labor and health insurance, it comes to just over 23,000. Bonuses are paid around the 25th of the month, and after receiving them, the total monthly pay comes to about 30,000. However, both salary and bonuses are postponed when they fall on a holiday, which is really frustrating. It’s not even a large company—why does it take them so long to calculate payroll? Ridiculous.
