There are very experienced senior colleagues available to ask for advice, and you can learn about printing-related knowledge.
Cons
The work environment is messy, and eating or listening to music is not allowed. Even with experience, the starting salary is only 25K. They say overtime is only occasional, but in reality, it is mandatory. If you leave early, the boss will reprimand you.
