Pros
Relations among colleagues were fairly harmonious. As long as you put forth your best effort, there was basically no workplace bullying.
Cons
At the time, I was working part-time. Employees received no overtime pay for working beyond their scheduled hours, the average salary was below the standard, and there was overwork and an excessive workload (food and beverage service industry).
