The boss is extremely stingy with money and takes no responsibility. Their middle managers do not proactively take responsibility for mistakes made while executing projects, and they are slow and indecisive in their work. They only shift the cost of failure onto contractors. If you take on a project from them, you absolutely must get more than half of the payment upfront; never do work for them first just because you are familiar with them. They make people feel that they are a dishonest garbage company. Anyone who goes to work for them as a junior employee is in for bad luck.
