Pros

1. Most things generally comply with the Labor Standards Act.

2. There are holiday, birthday, marriage, and childbirth bonuses, etc.—though the amounts aren't large.

3. All positions get time off when a public holiday falls on a regular workday.

4. Overtime pay is provided, and you can also order boxed lunches, which the company pays for.

Cons

Being a driver is the most exhausting and demanding job there. Every day, you have to move 25–30 kilograms of butter and flour, pick the items yourself, have the warehouse count them, and then load them onto the truck yourself. Sometimes you also have to endure sarcastic remarks from the warehouse staff. Sales employees do not receive overtime pay and often have to stay until 7 or 8 p.m. However, Taimay mainly focuses on its sales staff, while other positions are not considered very important. Salespeople often ask drivers to deliver even the smallest items—it's ridiculous! Whether a location is a good place to work also depends on the branch manager. Overall, Taimay's systems and benefits are not bad, but they are not particularly good either. As long as you do your own job well, no one will bother you.

Pros

You can see how a company launches new products, mobilizes employees, and creates buzz through highly effective marketing tactics.

Friends who don’t like staying at home can work here; it’s very fulfilling.

Cons

Overtime on top of overtime: 1% leaving work on time, 99% overtime; classes on holidays (overtime); sales staff must provide their own vehicles (you absorb the depreciation and maintenance costs yourself).
