Read the community guidelines(1) The company is divided into three plants. Plants 1 and 2 are CNC turning plants, while Plant 3 handles outsourced downstream processing as well as assembly and packaging. Plant 1 has a poor work environment; Plants 2 and 3 are somewhat cleaner.
(2) In terms of benefits, apart from free drinks, the company offers domestic trips, with employees bearing part or none of the cost depending on their length of service. As for bonuses or dividends, they depend on the boss’s impression of you: if it is favorable, you may receive them; if not, you may receive little or none.
(1) The company basically replaces employees frequently. Sales, production control, purchasing, outsourcing coordination, quality control, warehouse management, operators, CNC technicians, and other positions are generally rotated through once a year, except for accounting staff. The fundamental reason is that the boss evaluates employees in a very strange way: when you have just joined and perform well, he praises you excessively, but as soon as you make one mistake, you are practically on the verge of being fired. Therefore, the rapid turnover is not because the employees are incapable, but because the boss is too self-centered. The company’s training is essentially nonexistent. When you first join a department, someone may teach you very quickly once—or barely teach you at all. If you cannot get up to speed, you are left to fend for yourself. As a result, very few employees have been there for more than three years, and many are newcomers with less than one year of experience.
(2) The company basically only takes domestic orders and has no medium- or long-term development plans, such as developing its own products, cultivating overseas customers, or establishing an ISO quality system. It is essentially still in the primitive stage of a small business, so anyone considering joining the company should think carefully.
