Read the community guidelinesThe work is quite boring and there isn't much to do—mostly just processing work orders. Usually, you simply stand by and watch the senior technician carry out the work.
You can't drink water or use the restroom.
You can only stand the whole time.
The coworkers are really obnoxious (the Taichung ones),
especially the head of the safety department.
He is constantly arrogant and orders everyone around,
loves berating people, and has inconsistent standards.
They only have someone who has been there for one or two months train new employees.
This company can't be that great.
*Most importantly:*
They may underpay you. Even if you report it to the Taichung supervisor, she won't know what happened, and if you don't work for three full months, they deduct the cost of the tools.
That's everything! Just report them!
I only got my money back because I reported it.
Then the company thought that transferring the money meant everything was settled, but the amount was still far too low.
I called to report it again, and the accounting department at headquarters called me.
Only then did they say that they had miscalculated and left out two weekend days. My October and November pay were each short by two days, so they underpaid me by a total of NT$4,000 for four days!
If you don't ask and demand what you're owed, it's gone!
So don't work for a company that makes mistakes calculating pay!
Absolutely terrible!!!
