Read the community guidelinesThis company is very relaxed because you interact with fewer than 10 employees, and the work is simple and easy to learn.
1. They are completely unreliable when it comes to paying salaries. A salary can be delayed by half a month. If you simply ask about your pay, no one—from accounting to the manager to the owner—knows anything. Your boss may even think that not paying salaries is normal because there are no sales, so there is no salary.
2. The owner has traditional views and is extremely self-centered. He does not want your expertise; he wants you to accommodate him. It is best not to have opinions of your own.
