This is a small company, and the upper management are all the boss’s own people.
The supervisor’s management style is poor, as is their way of training employees.

When you join the company, they will ask you to sign documents containing relevant policies.
However, be aware that they contain many unreasonable salary deduction rules.
The base salary is very low. If you join, it is recommended that you resign within three months.
