No overtime pay. The year-end bonus depends on the boss's mood. During the interview, they say the work is very easy—just lure people in first and talk about the rest later. They say there is a quarterly bonus, but every time they act as if they may or may not give it. If they are unhappy, they deduct a percentage from the internal staff's quarterly bonus. This quarterly bonus is only good in name.

This company does not follow the Labor Standards Act. During the Qingming holiday or any long holiday, if the boss says you have to work, you have to work. Some overtime is paid (but still not according to the Labor Standards Act), while some overtime is not paid at all. They even use the excuse of poor business to pressure employees into signing a waiver stating that the company does not have to pay overtime.

If you do not arrive early, you may be late while looking for a parking space.

The accounting position has a very high turnover rate. Six accountants were replaced in three years.

The turnover rate for every position at this company is very high. Don't waste your time at this company.

The previous supervisor was not much better. He pushed the sales staff's work onto accounting, and even lied by saying that because business was bad, the accountant had to take on more work so the boss would pay overtime. In the end, he went and said something to the boss behind everyone's back, and the boss directly canceled overtime pay. What a petty supervisor.

Now the new supervisor is even worse. This person, whose surname is Jiang, not only likes to bully people verbally, but also treats work suggestions from accounting with indifference. He completely acts as though he is the supervisor, that he is the most important, and that whatever he says goes. He really likes bullying newcomers. He looks uneducated and is very noisy. Listening to him spout nonsense is extremely annoying.

At this kind of company, any idiot can become a supervisor.

He bought several boxes of masks. When he saw that they had no certification, he sarcastically criticized accounting. But when he himself could not buy any masks, he still wore the masks he believed were uncertified.

I have never seen such a fussy and narcissistic supervisor. He is always talking about how rich he is. Every day, we have to listen to his self-introduction.

Even when things have been clearly established, the sales staff do not follow them. They are always giving accounting a hard time, and every one of them has a bad temper like a spoiled young master.

A group of men with poor hygiene habits leaves the restroom filthy, and accounting staff still have to clean it for them.

The boss is even more outrageous. He forgets the rules and things he himself has established. When business is bad, he deducts the internal staff's bonuses first.

The company is also frequently fined by the labor bureau.
