Customers who cannot install security systems are nevertheless given security-system installations, resulting in extremely serious false alarms. We spend the entire night responding to false alarms; typhoon days are even more miserable, as it is impossible to finish them all. Tianwei is the only security company whose vehicles drive around all night.
2. They place excessive emphasis on fuel-consumption figures. It is truly incomprehensible why they do not first solve the false-alarm problem properly, yet keep nitpicking over fuel consumption.
3. They do not know how to arrange personnel for appropriate duties. Employees who have no telephone etiquette at all are assigned to customer service and dispatch, causing every security guard who receives a call to become extremely annoyed.
