The work environment is highly dusty; if you do not wear a mask, your lungs may develop problems within a week! You go to work looking like a person of yellow race and leave work looking like a person of black race! You need to spend twice as much time showering as usual to get clean. It is normal for newcomers to be scolded when they make mistakes, but when veteran employees make mistakes, the prospective team leader surnamed Pan or other veteran employees will scold newcomers to vent their anger. Later, they will tell you that they were actually scolding someone else just now, merely criticizing indirectly, and tell you not to take it to heart! This is because veteran employees are difficult to replace, while newcomers can be found anywhere! However, I think it would be difficult to retain employees in this kind of environment and under this kind of management. The only good thing is the benefits. The plant manager is very nice, but is already nearing retirement. Overall, it is a decent company, and the boss is also very nice. However, to enjoy the excellent benefits and bonuses, you must first have tremendous stress tolerance to endure the prospective team leader surnamed Pan. Finally, the toilets are extremely dirty—worse than the public restrooms in old parks outside.
