I once applied for a field sales position at this company.
When I received the interview invitation, I clearly stated that I was not a graduate of a related department and had no relevant experience. However, HR told me it was fine, so I went to the interview.
The overall impression from the interview with the supervisor was that
They wanted someone who had graduated from a related department.
It felt very inexplicable. I don't know whether I performed poorly in the interview
or whether there was a communication gap between HR and the supervisor.
A waste of time to make the trip...
