You also have to write about your work experience (they probably want someone who can write like a blogger), followed by a computer-based test, and finally the interview begins (it takes quite a lot of time, so I recommend not scheduling another interview afterward).

The desired candidate should be from the fashion field and be capable of graphic design, marketing, blogging, e-commerce, and printing technology; strong skills are required.
