Because I needed to rent a place in another city, I found a place within a week of receiving the offer and immediately paid the deposit and other costs. However, the start date was postponed again and again—what was initially a two-day delay became more than a week—with all kinds of excuses. In the end, I was told that the personnel costs could not be borne and that the position would not be filled. Once I was sure I had a job, I stopped submitting résumés, so in the end I was left hanging.... I lost both money and time. Those of you considering going to the interview, be careful.
