At first, they lied during the interview, saying that overtime would be paid. However, the personnel employment contract I signed stated that overtime pay would only apply after 7 p.m. The salary calculation method was also not transparent, and you had to use your own resources for everything. During the interview, they said someone would teach and guide you, but in reality, they just scolded you first and made you take the blame. In short, don't come here and waste your time.
