1. Job responsibilities cannot be clearly divided. Production-line personnel may also handle quality assurance; R&D staff may also handle quality assurance; warehouse staff also handle quality assurance; administrative staff also handle R&D; and IT staff also handle sales. With such a lean workforce, it is difficult to claim that the company has any systems in place!
2. After the second generation took over, employees were treated even more ruthlessly. Employees injured at work could not apply for insurance compensation, and there was not even any work-injury leave available. Employees had to bear responsibility themselves for vehicle damage incurred on business trips.
3. This is a company that treats people differently depending on who they are. Quality assurance has the most power and can berate production-line supervisors and R&D staff. Even more outrageous, quality assurance can hang up on a manager’s call. There is no workplace ethics here.
4. Production-line supervisors are extremely good at shirking responsibility. Whenever there is a problematic product, they do not assemble it in advance and wait until it reaches the production line before reporting abnormal incoming materials. They then blame quality assurance and R&D. The workers responsible for counting quantities may also be affected and blamed for failing to discover the defective items.
5. When work is assigned to multiple people, a single task is given to at least three people, yet there is no channel for horizontal communication. Everyone simply does things their own way.
