Pros
Start work at 8 a.m. and finish at 4 p.m.—it's great, but you have to find your own time to eat lunch.
The benefits are very good. Overtime pay follows the Labor Standards Act rates of 1.33 and 1.66. When business is good, I get nearly 15,000 just from overtime pay.
Cons
Each person is responsible for one machine. Once you learn the job, work can get a bit boring.
