Pros
Salaries follow the law, and overtime pay is also paid properly. A legitimate company.
Cons
There are quite a few issues in the design department... The supervisors have been around for a long time, but their drawings and material takeoffs seem to reflect an insufficient understanding of on-site work. During meetings, it also feels like everyone is shifting responsibility. On top of that, there are too few people, so anyone in a drafting-related role will be worked to death...
