Cons
The internal processes are chaotic, and when questions arise, it is difficult to find the relevant people. Weekly meetings never reach any conclusions, and coordination with vendors is extremely unsatisfactory. The parts needed for assembly are often incomplete. The team leader in charge of the warehouse is constantly disparaging, which is mentally unbearable. I left after working there for about two months. I only recommend going for an interview to gain experience.
