Promotions depend on connections; ability is irrelevant
Those with connections get promoted, while those without them remain at the grassroots level
Most managerial positions depend on connections rather than ability
There is no salary increase system. Benefits are unavailable to entry-level employees (come to think of it, what exactly are the benefits?)
Stability is probably the only advantage.
There are a lot of long-term employees, both in the office and on the production line. Many have been there for ten years or more, yet they only stay within their own comfort zones and have a narrow outlook. They never stop to think about what skills they actually have besides working at this factory. The entire company's systems are very chaotic; many processes still require paper documents to be circulated for signatures, and there is little efficiency. Overtime is excessive. When supervisors need labor, they make you work for a week; if they take a dislike to you, they suddenly tell you to get lost!!!
