Read the community guidelinesBecause of this job, I met many excellent colleagues and mentors. It was wonderful, and I feel very fortunate!
1. The people in charge did not have clear goals or direction. Even when proposals were provided, they either kept rejecting them without expressing what they actually wanted, or repeatedly changed direction midway through the work (to the extent that each time was almost like starting over from scratch). Naturally, the final results were not ideal.
2. They did not trust their colleagues or believe in everyone’s expertise. By the end, I felt like a robot: they only wanted employees to carry out their orders, yet in every meeting they also expected us to present our own ideas, leaving us at a loss as to what to do.
3. They did not assign work based on the requirements discussed during the interview or on the colleagues’ areas of expertise. In the end, we felt like we were doing odd jobs, regardless of whether we were recent graduates or people with considerable work experience.
4. They had very little sense of time.
5. If you are interviewing for a full-time position, be sure to ask about and confirm whether everything complies with labor laws. If the work is project-based or freelance, be sure to sign a contract and exercise extra caution regarding the payment amount and taxes.
6. As far as I know, they operate under many company names. Besides Yude, there are also Yucheng International Development Co., Ltd. and Yihong Enterprise Co., Ltd. If the job involves the JAW sports brand, unless you are exceptionally skilled or the company provides a project budget and gives you the authority to operate independently, think very carefully before proceeding.
