1. The vice president of the “Finance Department” has poor emotional control and often flies into a rage over trivial matters. When there is nothing else going on, they like to monitor what people in other departments are doing. They bring their child to work, and the child even runs around the company. What kind of privilege is that?
2. The supervisor applies double standards: things they do themselves are not allowed for subordinate employees. If they think you have too much free time, they will exploit your time or increase your workload, demanding high standards from subordinates while taking it easy themselves.
3. The job responsibilities are unclear. You are “frequently” asked to help with tasks that are not part of your job, or are inexplicably assigned troublesome tasks. There is no sense of accomplishment at work.
4. They expect the horse to grow strong and fast while also wanting it to eat less fodder. The job requires you to be able to do everything, the division of duties is unclear, yet the salary is below the standard.
