Anyone considering joining this company should take a look at the turnover rate for this position. If they replace someone within six months, it’s an absolutely terrible job.
You can never finish everything, yet they keep piling on extra tasks every day. They teach you something for two minutes and expect you to master it immediately. If you can’t finish, they say you’re not putting in enough effort. If something takes five minutes longer than expected, you have to spend an extra 30 minutes explaining to your manager why it took five minutes longer. It’s a wonderful job for those who enjoy self-inflicted suffering.
When they lay you off, they act just like most unscrupulous companies: “We really care about our employees. Having a layoff on your record might not look good on your résumé. How about this instead? I suggest you resign voluntarily. That way, there won’t be a record of being laid off on your résumé!”
Job seekers are advised to be careful: there’s a reason this position has such a high turnover rate. Don’t come here and waste your time and energy.
