Pros
The bonuses are generous, and gift payments are all over 1,000. There is definitely a company dinner once every one or two months, usually at an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Overtime pay is fully provided, so this may be worth considering if you urgently need money.
Cons
On-site overtime can be very long, with no set hours (the only time overtime is not required is Wednesday evening; during rush periods, even the 6th day of the week may require overtime). Those who value their quality of life should think twice.
