Mutual respect, it was fairly decent.
Cons
1. The interview time was changed at short notice.
2. After I was accepted for the position, they told me the start date. Shortly afterward, they said it had to be changed to another day.
Then, just a few days later, they told me I no longer needed to come in because they had incorrectly assessed the machines available for use at the company.
3. As a result, I lost other job opportunities.
