The boss doesn’t look at resumes and asks random questions. The candidate has already been decided, yet they still have people come in for interviews. The actual job duties don’t match what was posted online: you need to type quickly and know AutoCAD. After work, the boss treats you to dinner, but you’re also expected to teach the boss things, and it doesn’t count as overtime. People often quit after working for only three days, so labor and health insurance aren’t provided during the first week.
Assistant Engineer
28 take-home, 14 months per year
The interviewer/manager had a lot of ideas and drive
In this position, you can later learn to conduct in-depth analysis and development of a specialized product
The workplace is inside a building
The atmosphere is very quiet
It probably doesn't really count as a drawback, lol
