The employees are quite easy to get along with.
Cons
1. The employer is a pathological liar, easily angered, and intolerant of anyone who disagrees with them.
2. The employer frequently uses toxic chemicals to make products in an enclosed office, or arbitrarily mixes two or more toxic chemicals, despite repeated warnings to stop.
3. The employer may arbitrarily dismiss you for arguing with them, and will verbally abuse employees who are forced to resign via email or telephone.
