The folder contains the job responsibilities and company regulations.
They are written in detail and are easy to understand.

According to the job description, overtime after 6 or 7 p.m. is not paid.
However, they also say that you may have to work until 8 p.m.

You may have to cover other people's work.
The website says the position is not classified as a fixed-work-hour position.
However, if you do not want to come in on Saturday, you have to take leave, and your perfect-attendance bonus will still be deducted.
4. The salary listed on the website is A, but the actual salary is only A–B.
B is counted as a perfect-attendance bonus, but it is given under the name "work bonus."
There are many different items that can be deducted.
If you take sick leave, you receive half pay and lose your perfect-attendance bonus, and you also have to provide medical documentation.
5. One-third of the people in the entire row are new employees.
Computers may not be used for anything unrelated to work.
There are no partition panels between the desks.
You can constantly hear noise from the factory.
6. Human Resources did not mention any of these regulations at all.
